South Korean President, Moon Jae-in has said that he plans to export their smart cities after the construction of their two test-bed cities.

Shanghai has received an upgrade in energy efficient lighting. The connected architectural system will illuminate over forty of Shanghai’s iconic buildings throughout the city’s financial and tourist districts and three of its bridges.

Beijing has crowned itself as leader in Artificial Intelligence development with its newly opened AI park co-built by local government in the Haidian district and tech giant Baidu. Nokia has been selected by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) to support the transformation of India's cities through intelligent infrastructure. Nokia will supply, install, commission and maintain the Smart Telecom Poles across India in all of BSNL's telecom circles.
