Abu Dhabi International airport is set to launch a ‘first of its kind’ interactive walkway, which will convert the footsteps of passengers into electricity.

Dubai Police stations will soon be equipped with electric vehicle charging stations thanks to a partnership with Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA). The MoU signed on the occasion builds on the strategic partnership between DEWA and Dubai Police to establish a comprehensive plan that supports Dubai's futuristic vision and the shared efforts of DEWA and Dubai Police in promoting sustainability by encouraging the public to use environmentally friendly electric vehicles. The move also supports the strategic objective to promote sustainable development in Dubai.

Dyson confirmed that its board has ratified a decision to construct its first advanced automotive manufacturing facility in Singapore. The bespoke two-storey manufacturing facility is scheduled for completion in 2020.
